Who We Are
The Navigators is a ministry that shares the gospel of Jesus Christ and helps others grow in Him through Life-to-Life® discipleship. By doing so, we create spiritual generations—God uses one life to transform another, which transforms another, which transforms another, and so on. This happens on college campuses and military bases, in the inner city, local communities, workplaces, and hard-to-reach places all over the world. The Navigators has 2,800 U.S. staff in 115 countries, plus countless thousands of Navigators making disciples where they live, work, and play.
Navigators LaVida Network is a ministry of The Navigators who desire to see Hispanics/Latinos experience, embrace, and celebrate God’s Kingdom as generational disciplemakers.
Navigators ASAM Network will be hosting a gathering simultaneously at LaVida26, which you will have the opportunity to interact with these attendees during the conference. The ASAM Network provides a home for our Asian-American Navigator staff members where they feel seen and honored. We try to offer a bigger perspective of God’s perfect design for all people groups.

Levels of sponsorship
Platinum: $2,500
Platinum-level benefits include all Gold-level benefits plus:
- One promotional video played during a plenary session
- Two different PowerPoint promotional slides to be shown in rotation on the screens in the main room before and after the plenary sessions
- Creative marketing opportunities (e.g. sponsor branded floor decals, sponsor branded banner, promotional materials distributed on the main session room tables, etc.). Creative marketing opportunities may be an additional cost to and managed by the sponsor.
Gold: $1,000
Gold-level benefits include all Silver-level benefits plus:
- One PowerPoint promotional slide to be shown in rotation on the screens in the main room before and after the plenary sessions
- You may include a gift in the event welcome bags for all 250 attendees. The conference team must approve this item before ordering. The cost of purchasing and shipping the items to the conference will be an additional cost and managed by the sponsor.
Silver:$350
Silver-level benefits:
- Exhibit space with one 6-foot table, tablecloth and skirt, two chairs, and a trash can.
- Your logo with a clickable link to your website posted on the LaVida conference website.
Sponsorship Add-ons:
Sponsorship add-on benefits include Platinum-level benefits with additional promotion from the stage.

Note: Promotional materials are not allowed on the main session room or workshop room tables EXCEPT by Platinum Sponsors. Anything put on tables, without being a Platinum Sponsor or the approval of Andrea Carpenter, will be disposed of before attendees enter sessions.
