Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel by September 11, 2026, you will be refunded all but $50 per person. No refunds will be given on or after September 12, 2026, unless the cancellation is due to a major medical issue. These fees help offset the expenses already incurred in anticipation of your attendance. Refund payments will be made using the same payment method used.
