During our time together, we will engage in a holistic approach to helping people begin the process of healing. The lessons use stories, activities, Scripture, and questions to help people engage deeply with themselves, with God, and with each other.

    By the end of this session, you will have a hopeful perspective on anxiety and feel empowered to navigate it with faith, understanding, and resilience.

    Spiritual and Practical Tools to Navigate Depression, with Josh Rampi, LMFT

    In this breakout session, we will briefly explore the intersection of faith and mental health, equipping followers of Jesus with both spiritual and practical tools to navigate depression. Together, we will
    unpack biblical truths about depression and its effects;
    explore the power of prayer and community, and
    learn the importance of seeking support without shame.
    Through open discussion, we will reflect on how Jesus' grace sustains us in our struggles and brings hope even in the hardest seasons. Attendees will leave encouraged, empowered with actionable steps, and renewed in their perspective on walking with Jesus through difficult times.
