Refund and Cancelation Policy

If you cancel up to October 19, 2026, you will be fully refunded. All but $50 will be given after October 20, 2026, unless the cancellation is due to a major medical issue. These fees help offset the expenses already incurred in anticipation of your attendance. Refund payments will be made using the same payment method used.
