Engaging discomfort is often the starting point to relating well to both yourself and to those who are different than you.

This 60-minute online workshop will:

  • Identify the different types of perceived threats
  • Acknowledge the feelings of unease we have
  • Find ways to connect with our discomfort so we can choose to connect with others

You will also receive practical next steps and resources to aid you in continuing your journey to love well and grow in authentic community.
