If you cancel by January 1, 2025, you will be refunded all but $100 per person. No refunds will be given on or after January 2, 2025, unless the cancelation is due to a major medical issue. These fees help offset the expenses already incurred in anticipation of your attendance. Refund payments will be made using the same payment method used.
