IF I INDICATE, “I AGREE” BELOW, I hereby irrevocably give The Navigators the right and unrestricted permission to edit at its sole discretion, copyright and/or publish, reproduce or otherwise use my name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and digital recordings made by me, or of me, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation, including without limitation to publicize and/or promote The Navigators ministry worldwide in photographs, printed literature, video recordings, sound recordings, websites, social media, digital, and any other medium that now exists or may exist in the future. I waive any right to receive notification or approval rights of the finished product; and I acknowledge that The Navigators owns the finished product and all rights to it.

IF I INDICATE, “I AGREE” BELOW, I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless The Navigators and its agents or employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via electronic media, or on websites, from any claim, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of audio, photographs/video, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution.

IF I INDICATE, “I AGREE” BELOW, I acknowledge and agree that I will not receive any compensation for the distribution of my appearance or performance through The Navigators. I understand that there is no time limit on the validity of this Release, nor is there any geographic limitation on the permission granted.

I am 18 years of age or older and have read this release before signing below, fully understanding the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

Fall PCA: If you cancel by September 8, 2026, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given on or after September 9, 2026, unless the cancellation is due to a major medical issue. Registrations may not be transferred to another person. These fees help offset the expenses already incurred in anticipation of your attendance. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used.

Winter PCA: If you cancel by January 13, 2027, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given on or after January 14, 2027, unless the cancellation is due to a major medical issue. Registrations may not be transferred to another person. These fees help offset the expenses already incurred in anticipation of your attendance. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used.

Summer PCA: If you cancel by June 8, 2027, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given on or after June 9, 2027, unless the cancellation is due to a major medical issue. Registrations may not be transferred to another person. These fees help offset the expenses already incurred in anticipation of your attendance. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used.
